In the serial Pati Brahmachari, Suraj is sitting in a corner and then Isha comes and tells Suraj that Papa is hiding something from us due to which Papa is very upset. Then Suraj says that yes Papa never does this, today Papa threw the book, whereas he cannot tolerate even if a page falls down. Then Isha says that once Riya’s marriage is confirmed, then we will ask Papa what is the matter.
After that, people come to see Riya and they start demanding dowry, then Suraj refuses but later his father says that you are young, you have no right to interfere, then father says that we accept all your conditions, we will give you a bike as dowry. At one point, Isha also refuses him saying that since you have come for dowry, you should probably leave this house, your relationship will not work here.Suraj’s father then tells her that he will give her a bike and everything else as dowry. But he wants the engagement to take place tomorrow, only then will the relatives agree.
After that Isha comes to Papa and asks him what happened to you Papa, earlier you were refusing to take dowry but now you yourself have agreed to give dowry. I am not giving any dowry, I am giving them a gift.
